Vietnamese Curry

Ingredients: brokkoli, zucchini, red capsicum, carrots, dates, peanuts, spices (cumin- and mustardseeds), garlic, milk

How to prepare: 

1.) Cut the vegetables (without the garlic) and put them in a pot. Pour boiling water over them. Leave them in there until they are slightly soft.

2.) Use a pan: roast seeds (cumin, mustard), add finely chopped dates and garlic, add crushed peanuts or peanut butter, then adda little bit of milk to make it more saucy.

3.) Take the vegetables out of the hot water and add them to the sauce

Serve with rice and have a good meal :)
