Ingredients: soja chunks, potatoes, carrots, onions, lots of garlic, tin tomatoes, couscous, bay leaves, cumin seeds, black pepper, olive oil, salt, green chili

Preparation:

(1) Put the soja chunks in a bowl, add cumin seeds, black pepper, salt and hot water.

(2) Cut potatoes and carrots in small finger size and the onions in moon of the prophet style (=it is like you slice an apple into 8 pieces).

(3) Heat up oil, add cuminseeds (until they zisch), grounded black pepper, salt and lots of garlic. Add onions and bay leaves, carrots and after a few minutes potatoes. Stir it. After some time you can add some water and tin tomatoes – watch out that it doesn't get too watery! Leave it on the fire for some time – the longer it cooks, the better it gets!

(4) Before you cook the couscous put olive oil on your hands and rub the couscous that it gets a thin oil layer around. Add some salt.

and don't forget: Dragonja Petrol

Mix smashed green chili with salt, olive oil, garlic and a little sugar.
