We enter the large room in total darkness.

A dark figure in the room approaches a small window high up on the wall, and in the very dim light we see them stretch out an arm to lay their hand flat on the glass.

There is a figure on the outside of the glass as well!

Their hand is also placed on the glass, and when the two hands align, a string of small lights illuminate the figure outside. The outside figure has a strange, alien-like expression, and he is barely clothed.

After a short while, the lights are extinguished, and we are plunged again into darkness.

We wait. Someone else gets up and places their hand on the glass. The string of lights illuminate again, and we see the figure outside once more.

Again the lights are extinguished.

Someone else gets up and approaches a second window, on the left, and places their hand flat on the glass. Another string of lights illuminate - this time there are two figures outside. Their expressions are dreamlike and other-worldly. What do they see? One seems male, and the other female, and they seem to be wearing nothing except the small lights.

Now someone else gets up and goes back to the first window, placing their hand on the glass. Again the lights illuminate and the strange figure outside looks vaguely excited.

There is a third window in the room. Someone approaches this too, and lays their hand flat on the glass. Nothing happens. Then more lights illuminate outside - the figure outside looks half-crazy! She is almost naked, wearing nothing but the small lights, and is staring into the distance of the room like a bizarre creature from another world.

People take it in turns to lay their hands on each window in turn.

Can we communicate with these alien beings?

The room returns to darkness.
